    If you are looking for an estate agent that will go the extra mile, be fabulous at keeping communication flowing between parties and always be swift with any action, whether contacting a solicitor or buyers / sellers in the chain - then this is the estate agents for you.The process for us went smoothly, without glitches, and when speaking to other parties in the chain, we realised how lucky we were! The personal touches of frequently touching base with us, and meeting us after the completion to have a cuppa, chat and for them to deliver a bottle of wine and a lovely heartfelt card was the icing on the cake.I cannot recommend Liz, Amy and Jason highly enough.     We have just acquired a delightful old village house in Bisley largely through the friendly and sympathetic support of Jason Rees very ably backed up by Liz in the office .We heard of the acceptance of our offer over a Bank Holiday weekend from Jason, who made us feel as though we were his only clients and a special relationship developed after our first meeting with him over a year ago . He became our ‘go to’ contact after a series of near misses in the intervening period and at a low point for us he came up with the goods!Can’t thank Whitaker Seager enough for his and Liz’s support throughout the whole emotional process of selling the family home of nearly 40 years in Somerset, to be nearer our families in Stroud and Bath.

    As far as we're concerned, no estate agent can compare to Whitaker Seager. They are simply the best. Over the last year we have bought and sold with them, having some challenges along the way with vendors and buyers.     What a great estate agent. It was a difficult sale from the beginning but the team went the extra mile continuously. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble however many times we contacted them. One thing that always stands out beyond everything and is so important, if we had to leave a message, one of the team would always without fail call back even late into the evening.     Earlier this year we put our four-bed detached house in Chalford on the market.     We sold our house through Liz & Amy, knowing it would be a challenge to find the right buyer, as it was a slightly unusual layout. We sold to only the second person to view, during a particularly difficult time during COVID.     Throughout the whole process from the viewing to the completion I found the girls at Whitaker Seager helpful, friendly, professional and competent. Communication was excellent and someone always got back to me the same day if no one could take the call initially. On more than one occasion I had phone calls in the evening showing a real sense of caring for the customers. Amy was particularly efficient with communicating with the solicitors and proactive in keeping everybody working together to achieve completion on the date we requested. In all my experiences of selling or purchasing houses this is the best service I have had and I highly recommend Whitaker Seager.     Liz came to visit our house knowing we were only in the process of a financial review and had no imminent plans to sell. She came prepared with reports of other properties sold locally, spent over 2 hours with us. Not only did she spend time talking about the positives but also some of the areas that might be less popular with prospective buyers. Her valuation was considered and thoughtful.     We recently purchased our family home through Whitaker Seager and they were exemplary throughout the transaction.Always responsive to our enquiries, willing to meet at the property on a weekend and just generally awesome to deal with!In my eyes, this level of diligence is exactly what we would want if we were selling a property.The ability to represent their clients best interests whilst offering a level of customer service to us as purchasers is a difficult one to manage but Whitaker Seager did this with ease, professionalism and good humour.Top stuff. 🙌

    Simply amazing, treated us more like friends than clients. Professional, diligent, proactive, supportive and most important of all enthusiastic. Absolute pleasure to deal with at all times. No praise is high enough. Simply the best, love these guys. If you want to sell your property then these wonderful ladies should be the first call you make.     I’ve recently sold my property with Whitaker Seager, I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling a property in the cotswolds to do the same. Amy and Liz (and Rachael) could not have been more helpful or responsive throughout. It’s a busy time at the moment and they really went the extra mile to chase up the all parties involved to make sure the sale was concluded promptly. The property brochure was also incredible. I sincerely hope our next house is bought through Whitaker Seager.

    We bought though Liz and Amy, and they were really great. They were the first Estate Agents we rang that sounded like they were happy that we were interested in their property! From there, they were very fair and clear in their approach to dealing with multiple offers on the property, they kept us well informed throughout the transaction and were very proactive in communicating both with us and others in the chain.     Liz and Amy at Whataker Seager have marketed and sold our house recently.The photograhy and creatives were brilliant and generated loys if interest.Negotiations were handled in a friendly and professional manner, with respect and understanding for all parties concerned.They made everything easy and simple and I would not hesitate to recomend them, and only wish that I could have bought our next house through them as well!
