What a great estate agent. It was a difficult sale from the beginning but the team went the extra mile continuously. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble however many times we contacted them. One thing that always stands out beyond everything and is so important, if we had to leave a message, one of the team would always without fail call back even late into the evening. That is 5 star service. Thank you to all the team.

Earlier this year we put our four-bed detached house in Chalford on the market. We chose Whitaker Seager because of all the estate agents we considered, they understood our needs and hopes whilst offering the best service.Our contact was Amy Seager and from our first meeting it was apparent that she was a consummate professional and knew her business through and through. We sold our house through Liz & Amy, knowing it would be a challenge to find the right buyer, as it was a slightly unusual layout. We sold to only the second person to view, during a particularly difficult time during COVID. Liz kept us informed regularly & we managed to exchange & complete before the end if the Stamp Duty holiday. We would recommend Whitaker Seager, especially if selling a village property.

Throughout the whole process from the viewing to the completion I found the girls at Whitaker Seager helpful, friendly, professional and competent. Communication was excellent and someone always got back to me the same day if no one could take the call initially. On more than one occasion I had phone calls in the evening showing a real sense of caring for the customers. Amy was particularly efficient with communicating with the solicitors and proactive in keeping everybody working together to achieve completion on the date we requested. In all my experiences of selling or purchasing houses this is the best service I have had and I highly recommend Whitaker Seager. The properties are some of the best in this area and through their extensive local knowledge always seem to be accurately presented and realistic with the valuations. Liz came to visit our house knowing we were only in the process of a financial review and had no imminent plans to sell. She came prepared with reports of other properties sold locally, spent over 2 hours with us. Not only did she spend time talking about the positives but also some of the areas that might be less popular with prospective buyers. Her valuation was considered and thoughtful. She was very professional. The whole appointment was managed excellently. Whitaker Seagar set out to offer a more personable service. Our appointment was certainly that.
