    Could not have had a better experience than with this firm . My sale was lengthy and stressful due to a collapsed chain but dealt with swiftly and compasionately and with a new buyer in place quickly. The best thing about dealing with this firm is the staff. I nearly always dealt Amy who could not have been more on the ball, knowledgable, helpful and kind. She always went the extra mile to provide a good service. Well done to all of them for their hard work and professionalism

    From the get-go, Whitaker Seager were outstanding. I consider myself a very efficient person, but Liz is on another level. She ensured we had everything in place before we even went on the market so that nothing on our side would hold up the process later on.Liz’s organisation and efficiency were remarkable. She anticipated issues before they became problems, chased things relentlessly when needed, and always seemed to know exactly what needed to happen next. It gave us real confidence that our side of the transaction was being handled as well as it possibly could be.We ended up in a very long, complicated and frankly incredibly stressful chain. At times I genuinely wondered how any of us would get through it. However, thanks to Liz, Jason and Amy, we did.Their attention to detail was phenomenal. They were proactive, constantly on the ball and always one step ahead of what was happening in the chain. Communication was excellent throughout and whenever problems arose they were quick to investigate, explain the situation clearly and keep things moving wherever possible.Selling a house in a complicated chain is never easy, but having a team like this behind you makes all the difference. If we were ever selling again, Whitaker Seager would be the first people we would call. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they were phenomenal!

    My buying experience with Whitaker Seager proved exceptional. Liz was fantastic at keeping me in the loop, and responding near instantly when I had questions or concerns, which were met with thoughtful replies and willingness to actually get stuck in and help. Through no fault of theirs, one aspect of the purchase became quite challenging, and Liz continually worked to ensure it was kept on top of and later resolved within our original timeframe for completion. Genuinely can't think of any criticism to offer - it was just so nice to feel like a valued client as a buyer; a great team of people I would gladly do business with again.

    We sold our house recently with Whitaker Seager and they were brilliant. We felt very looked after by them throughout the process. We have moved a few times now and we always use local estate agents rather than the chains, and Whitaker Seager have continued the trend of local businesses being best. They chased conveyancing for us, they gave us regular updates, they found us a buyer in 21 days, they were just brilliant.

    Our experience with Whitaker Seager has been nothing but positive. They have gone above and beyond in what turned out to be a much more protracted process than we thought it would be! They kept us up to date every step of the way and did everything they could to expedite matters.     Serious down sizing is always a problem but all members of Whitaker Seager were so supportive, professional and kind. They gave us immediate feedback on all viewings and more importantly, as our chain was rather long, kept up the progress with the other buyers.     We decided to use Whitaker Seager following service provided to very good friends who spoke highly of the company.From the first moment that we met Amy our requests and requirements were met with professional conduct and personal attention. From targeted marketing an early potential buyer was found which through no fault of Whitaker Seager could not be proceeded with.Very shortly after a new buyer was found.     We bought our house through Whitaker Seager. We were in a long chain of buyers and sellers, so the process was a complex one, but expertly handled by Jason and the team. He was friendly, professional, easy to contact with great local knowledge. He continued to offer support after the sale was complete, passing queries on to the vendors after we moved in and were getting to know the house.     If you are looking for an estate agent that will go the extra mile, be fabulous at keeping communication flowing between parties and always be swift with any action, whether contacting a solicitor or buyers / sellers in the chain - then this is the estate agents for you.The process for us went smoothly, without glitches, and when speaking to other parties in the chain, we realised how lucky we were!     We have just acquired a delightful old village house in Bisley largely through the friendly and sympathetic support of Jason Rees very ably backed up by Liz in the office .We heard of the acceptance of our offer over a Bank Holiday weekend from Jason, who made us feel as though we were his only clients and a special relationship developed after our first meeting with him over a year ago .     What a great estate agent. It was a difficult sale from the beginning but the team went the extra mile continuously. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble however many times we contacted them. One thing that always stands out beyond everything and is so important, if we had to leave a message, one of the team would always without fail call back even late into the evening.     We sold our house through Liz & Amy, knowing it would be a challenge to find the right buyer, as it was a slightly unusual layout. We sold to only the second person to view, during a particularly difficult time during COVID. Liz kept us informed regularly & we managed to exchange & complete before the end if the Stamp Duty holiday. We would recommend Whitaker Seager, especially if selling a village property.

    Throughout the whole process from the viewing to the completion I found the girls at Whitaker Seager helpful, friendly, professional and competent. Communication was excellent and someone always got back to me the same day if no one could take the call initially. On more than one occasion I had phone calls in the evening showing a real sense of caring for the customers. Amy was particularly efficient with communicating with the solicitors and proactive in keeping everybody working together to achieve completion on the date we requested. In all my experiences of selling or purchasing houses this is the best service I have had and I highly recommend Whitaker Seager. The properties are some of the best in this area and through their extensive local knowledge always seem to be accurately presented and realistic with the valuations.     Liz came to visit our house knowing we were only in the process of a financial review and had no imminent plans to sell. She came prepared with reports of other properties sold locally, spent over 2 hours with us. Not only did she spend time talking about the positives but also some of the areas that might be less popular with prospective buyers. Her valuation was considered and thoughtful.     I’ve recently sold my property with Whitaker Seager, I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling a property in the cotswolds to do the same.
