Whitaker Seager were both friendly and efficient. Although our house purchase took some time to go through it was not for want of trying on their part. They remained patient and responsive to our phone calls. Even after the sale had completed they were helpful in tying up a few loose ends such as a missing key and information from the vendors about maintaining our wonderful new home. We bought our house through Whitaker Seager. We were in a long chain of buyers and sellers, so the process was a complex one, but expertly handled by Jason and the team. He was friendly, professional, easy to contact with great local knowledge. He continued to offer support after the sale was complete, passing queries on to the vendors after we moved in and were getting to know the house. We recently purchased our family home through Whitaker Seager and they were exemplary throughout the transaction.Always responsive to our enquiries, willing to meet at the property on a weekend and just generally awesome to deal with!In my eyes, this level of diligence is exactly what we would want if we were selling a property.The ability to represent their clients best interests whilst offering a level of customer service to us as purchasers is a difficult one to manage but Whitaker Seager did this with ease, professionalism and good humour.Top stuff. 🙌

Simply amazing, treated us more like friends than clients. Professional, diligent, proactive, supportive and most important of all enthusiastic. Absolute pleasure to deal with at all times. No praise is high enough. Simply the best, love these guys. If you want to sell your property then these wonderful ladies should be the first call you make. If we ever need to sell anything else they will be top of our list!

I’ve recently sold my property with Whitaker Seager, I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling a property in the cotswolds to do the same. Amy and Liz (and Rachael) could not have been more helpful or responsive throughout. It’s a busy time at the moment and they really went the extra mile to chase up the all parties involved to make sure the sale was concluded promptly. The property brochure was also incredible. I sincerely hope our next house is bought through Whitaker Seager.

We bought though Liz and Amy, and they were really great. They were the first Estate Agents we rang that sounded like they were happy that we were interested in their property! From there, they were very fair and clear in their approach to dealing with multiple offers on the property, they kept us well informed throughout the transaction and were very proactive in communicating both with us and others in the chain. Liz and Amy at Whataker Seager have marketed and sold our house recently.The photograhy and creatives were brilliant and generated loys if interest.Negotiations were handled in a friendly and professional manner, with respect and understanding for all parties concerned.They made everything easy and simple and I would not hesitate to recomend them, and only wish that I could have bought our next house through them as well!
