As far as we're concerned, no estate agent can compare to Whitaker Seager. They are simply the best. What a great estate agent. It was a difficult sale from the beginning but the team went the extra mile continuously. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble however many times we contacted them. One thing that always stands out beyond everything and is so important, if we had to leave a message, one of the team would always without fail call back even late into the evening. Earlier this year we put our four-bed detached house in Chalford on the market. We sold to only the second person to view, during a particularly difficult time during COVID. Throughout the whole process from the viewing to the completion I found the girls at Whitaker Seager helpful, friendly, professional and competent. Communication was excellent and someone always got back to me the same day if no one could take the call initially. On more than one occasion I had phone calls in the evening showing a real sense of caring for the customers. Amy was particularly efficient with communicating with the solicitors and proactive in keeping everybody working together to achieve completion on the date we requested.
