a semi-detached cottage in a pretty village setting with elevated views, gardens and parking

The Property

Occupying a delightful Cotswold setting with elevated views lies this semi-detached Cottage. Enjoying great charm and character, the cottage also offers further scope for improvement. Two reception rooms, both with parquet flooring and pretty fireplaces with wood burners inset are positioned on the ground floor as is a kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and store room/utility, which opens to a small rear courtyard. From the living/dining room a staircase rises to the first floor where two bedrooms are located, both of which boast rural elevated views. A further bedroom is positioned on the second floor. The current owner had plans to relocate the bathroom upstairs and extend the kitchen into the existing bathroom.

Outside

A pretty courtyard extends to the front of the cottage and offers a great spot for outside dining. A further section of garden is located across the lane. Mainly laid to the lawn the area affords wonderful countryside views and offers a blank canvas for the new owner.  Parking for one to two cars is positioned at the bottom of the garden.
